Our poultry products are sourced both from the UK and European markets in order to maximise margins for our customers-without compromising our quality ethos or traceability of our products. We provide whole oven-ready birds in a wide range of sizing as well as spatchcocked and French trimmed chicken supreme-both standard and corn fed if desired. We also supply all individual poultry cuts and can readily supply a pre-marinated product to exact customer requirements to ensure a consistent size and flavour for your customers and reducing labour requirements in kitchens and in turn increasing margins across the board.
